Well said, totally agree.... Only way is to delay and raise significant funds, sell some of our other costly to develop dog tenements, reduce the obscene remuneration, admin and office expenses in line with other 10-25 Mil MC coys...
So, imo, delay this consolidation until we have done another well/horizontal at Hickory, do gravel pad if commercial reserves, with all year access of more than 1 well a year... Once further success at hickory then we consolidate prior to us announcing either we have a commercial play and are either going to be a producer or another big O/G company or even PANR do a JV, T/O or buy out....
This is the positive news and time to support this large post consol's SP.... So, forget about wasting money drilling at Yukon, anywhere else in Alaska (no wandering again using poor data and remember data cost big money), even delay Namibia etc until Hickory is further developed.
88 after this post consol will just keep doing the same and off wandering again at untested/proven areas, doing 2 CR/Placements and diluting again year after year and remember 1 failure, even bigger losses and sub 1c we are back where we started in 2-3 yrs time imo....
Or is 88 wanting to get out of Alaska all together, as is way too expensive for 88 to continue imo as this seems to be the case to me... So, 88 not being smart here imo have totally misread the market impact of releasing this consol prior to flow testing... IMO 88 thought SP would rally, then do consol and within a year or so exit Alaska and focus on the cheaper Namibia etc etc..... Think about it guys, I have run every single scenario of why 88 are mentioning this now...
Surely commonsense would have to prevail here, but we have almost all our board and don't forget senior management as well, who haven't bought a single share and are at no risk, unlike 25 Bil SOI who will suffer massive losses and the majority of holders imo don't read announcements or vote, are still unaware that 88 have even mentioned this consolidation....
IMO, agree 88 will not delay this consolidation as driven by brokers, Insto's and large SI's imo, so that's why we have to unite and spill then after this flow test prior to AGM imo.... If 88 delay and retract this badly timed consolidation, then I will end my 249D pursuit, simple as that!!!! Now I am done, bye all and good luck....
