Looks like they were solidly buying all through the $7-$8 range. limited buying on the rise to $14's though one big batch in the $12's. seems they anticipated a capital raise ? in early Jan and consistently sold smallish volumes down until the raise.
my interpretation is they are nothing but bullish on this one.
