he was within 30 km of Kyiv at one stage .....with the assets he had if they had been provisioned properly he probably could've taken Kyiv even with the numbers he had
if you take the seat of power you control the governement

....and he was attacking Kyiv which PROVES putin wanted all Ukraine - you are avoiding that as it proves your earlier lie !
