If someone was 95% certain of how their drug worked, would they be 95% certain that the drug works if the MOA is then observed in humans, or does that not scale?
On a completely unrelated train of thought: cardiotoxic drug + cardiotoprotective drug. Both drugs preform as expected and no cardiotoxicity is observed. Coincidence, 95% certainty, or other?
