Good thing BCC has the said millions…not. What a disaster, it’s so funny that LTH were waiting for those days of positive cashflows and the associated SP re-rate, however those ‘times of plenty’ have been spoiled by arbitration, fml BCC holders just can’t win.
Note: the cash levels would have been ~$5.5-7M(capex allocation dependent) if that JV was functional, instead all surplus cash is getting absorbed by arbitration process.
So much for many holders thinking that it was a positive announcement (re: start of arbitration).
