    I never said it didn't happen It does. There is market manipulation going on all the time. BUT to have it daily said that cappers are active is getting a little boring. The law of supply and demand will set the price. I've been dealing in shares for 60 years so I do have a small idea of how it works. I have a fair holding in CFE based on the fundamentals and not to worried about the day to day price.
