I don't think you quite understand. A large sell order far away from the current price makes the sell side look stacked...scaring holders into thinking that there is far more selling interest than buying interest and prompting them to sell, pushing the price down. At which point the fake seller can accumulate more at a lower price without selling anything. I think this is what the poster was getting at
