The quarterly report is positive.
I think the answer that the arbitration court will announce the first quarter award is true.
I think it will probably be announced in February.
NS is already one month late, so if each stage is delayed by one month, construction will likely begin in September.
If the award is of sufficient amount, construction of NS may be accelerated.
The results I really wanted were delayed by a year.
But I will win.
