its got nothing to do with the offtakers ... its is the inner workings of the market i am talking about , those who control this stock know exactly where the next round of funding is coming from, and that is straight from the markt. from all indications i am getting ...that is why i am saying 40c placement if the sp is sitting here , should have some news in the coming weeks ....
