ultimately it would vary and be dependent upon the disease/condition being treated...not to mention the number and severity of side effects for the drug.
However given the known side effects of Trof (which have been published during the trials as well as Acadia messaging) I feel 1/4 isnt as a bad a result as first impressions might be.
