Our last hope is that FIRB takes a real good look at this and deems it is not in the National Interest for it to go ahead and that the whole scheme
was exactly that, a scheme for the conflicted incumbent board and management to sail slowly into the sunset with all the benefits that ordinary retail long term shareholders do not get.
