Sadly worthind is suspended, so will start a new thread, still in the form of a question.

Much has been made in arguments put here about a conspiracy
by CZD to impose its` own Board at AVX, in a grab for the cash!!

My Question : Why should I not suspect the same of AVX in view of the fact that the present AVX Board is represented by a majority of Directors not elected by shareholders whose association one to the other has not been explained?

I will wait on the outcome of the meeting and accept the vote whichever way it goes.(only stating the obvious)
