The DRC?president, part of the strategy to say, hey, we have this huge potential seating here, can you hurry up please! we are all losing $$
On your second comment, the more valuable the whole asset becomes, the better for AVZ in all counts. Legal and possibly, an agreement with all parties, you can not just hide stuff, competition will kill you over it, it will look really bad in front of DRC. Play the cards well and you eventually get what you looking for.
