most of the cash burn is staff/admin/royalties.
little of the cash burn is making the product that gets sold to get the revenue for the company.
so....... what would be the best area to target when faced with a cash crisis and money has to be saved to stay solvent?
ah yes.... reduce the production and save some of that pesky production cost ..... so obvious really
