Shannan said they took the REE ground to make it easier to raise funds. They then didn't bother to raise the funds when the market was enthusiastic about the Niobium possibility.
Pretty useless lot. I expected better from Shannan but it looks a lot like this is a well paid, laid back, pre-retirement gig for him.
