Debono, I appreciate your perspective but not sure I arrive at the same conclusion from this short video .. I took it as the not so unusual board room tussles that sometimes occur.

I have been following and been buying/holding/selling this stock since about 2017 and through many iterations (TSN / VOR / FND). Some positive and some not so. I must say I was expecting a bit more depth in the presenter. But every little bit adds to the information base.

Also exposure to any new potential investors I feel is a positive thing.. However, the presenter was not so aware of the prior Vortiv realignment from the cybersecurity buildup and selldown and return of shareholders funds at the time through special divvy and capital return. The explanation for the dramatic share price drop at the time. Nor did he appear to be aware of the share consolidation that occurred shortly after. Hence, the share price anomalies touched on.

I am of the opinion that the current board have done remarkably well in re-securing control of the Indian ATM/electronic payments business for a very small outlay and at this stage also appear to have put in place a solid business plan going forward.

I also may be a little biased as I am up considerably on my entry price for this latest iteration of the company. We wait and see how effectively the business plan can be implemented and hopefully the start of a dividend paying stick.
