There's no discrepancy mate. Quarterly says they had $15.8M as at 31 December 23. Capital raise pack reports an estimate of $6M remaining as at 31 January 24.
Shows how quickly the expenditure has accelerated... spent $16.3M in 90 days, then in the next 31 days they spent another $9.8M.
They have bet the farm on Glencore coming through with the goods.
