just check encumbrances over the property, at one stage they had “friendly debt” associated with this property asset, so I think you might find cash injection from transaction only half or less.
it could have been rejigged I’m not sure I’ve stopped watching because the only thing that matters now is if I see an Ann of:
a company making drill hit either Vic or Wa a decent JV deal on porphyry or TG or anything
if you buy in here for the first time probably a good spec bet at these levels but … a bet only
CR near certainty too in next 3 months …. unless we get lucky somehow
long term holders are currently turning off life support
