Ps: Are you by any chance confusing Mincore the boutique mining consultancy company hiring less than 50 people with Mincor the Nickel miner, which is part of resource goliath IGO?
Who knows what a small engineering consultancy is up to right? I certainly have no clue, but I am fairly certain that they won't write a 300m cheque for Scottie's big dream project. Neither will the 130m market cap Korean company, who they recently signed another useless MoU with.
