Let's say that one-third of patients have cardiotoxic symptoms if bisantrene has no CP effect.
n= 20
Observed number of patients with cardiotoxicity = 0
The chance of that happening if bisantrene has no CP effect is (2/3) ^ 20 = 0.0003 approximately
i.e. much less than 0.01
