the downgrade isn’t on the stock itself, it’s on the recommendation. Previously they were saying ‘buy as much of this stuff as you can’ now they’re effectively saying ‘buy a bit more of this stuff’. Hence the strong recommendation to buy has softened a little as the share price has gone up steeply and is not as likely to keep climbing at such a rapid pace.
