Yes, that looks to be about right. 98% concentrated sulphuric acid was $160 USD/t delivered in Chile in Aclara's Penco scoping study (late 2021), so that's a decent data point. Keep in mind there is a large acid plant 20 km from site at the Mt Isa copper smelter (although not sure how much spare capacity it has).
I am expecting the 37 kg/t average acid consumption rate to decrease based on the relationship between particle size and leaching they shared. REE extraction doesn't appear to be impacted with coarser particles (well liberated REE minerals?) but coarser particle sizes appears to reduce the acid required as there is less surface area for acid attack.
