Just found this: Morella Corporation Limited (ASX:1MC) has an earn-in agreement with Sayona Mining Limited (ASX:SYA) for the right to earn a 51% interest in the lithium rights of Sayona’s Pilbara and Gascoyne lithium portfolio 1234. Morella has to spend A$1.5 million on exploration within three years to earn a 51% interest 1. In December 2022, Morella completed its earn-in requirements for Sayona’s Pilbara WA exploration tenements 2. Both parties are now required to enter a formal joint venture agreement whereby Morella will become the 51% managing partner with Sayona retaining the remaining 49% 2
