whataboutism is an attempt to excuse by precedent - Ukraine have done nothing in making Ukrainian their national language TO EXCUSE ! (as russia has made russian THEIR national language - there we go again - comparison ) But russia seeks to exclude , discourage , discriminate .....where Ukraine did not .
