I wonder if SG regrets expansion. Bit off more than he can chew. The top of the mountain is getting hard to see. I dont think SG has any ability to pull out any aces going forward, which is the disappointing thing. I would prefer to not rely on government assistance, as it will never come, it forever will be a tease. I'd prefer GM or similar to takeover, take a controlling interest, only way shareholders will receive a return on the Tech side imo.
