IGO is a $5.5bn mkt cap. RRL is $1.5bn.
The RRL indemnity covers IGO for any claim on an ongoing basis.
The issue isn't just the $35-40m claimed by South 32 its the 1.5% ONGOING claim on Tropicana's gross rev that South 32 is seeking that's the issue.
That's $45/oz for the life of the mine off the cashflow from Tropicana. I.e. $6-7m a year.
