    well from your comments and my own thoughts , I think a JV of some description from big pharma .
    alternatively, they might do some sort of deal like OPT did where they are funded thru the trials and if successful the founder gets a set amount of revenue.
    who knows , but it's cheap imo , will come together at some stage
