WL needed investment put into it. No issue with sale there. Terms were good and someone else takes the WL risk on. Issue I see is cart has been put well before the horse with the amount of staff on the books.
If you consider that one day these guys will need to eventually raise capital again then how much dilution required p/year just to fund all the hungry snouts in the trough? Thats before putting anything into the ground. Im sure there will be a few more appointments to make too when activity does ramp up.
