Mate. You are worried about the wrong things.
If you truely believe what I think you're trying to say, put a complain into ASIC, it's very very easy to see register movements, you can even request from the company.
And if your assumptions are correct and someone 'KNEW' something. That means the company/broker leaked, and that in itself is a worry and big red flag.
