    The 3.4 low occurred today so a fair trade, yet it bounced from a new 52 week low.

    Quarterly is as expected, with nickel taking a back seat until prices improve.

    If they reign is spending, they should be okay.

    However, ST volatility creates opportunities.

    3.3 now looks highly sig.
