SQM managed their way around this with a Dual Scheme of Arrangement approach towards AZS. A plan to JV with Hancock is now insitu. Gina will need a JV with any form of takeover so if that suits any potential players then maybe it's not such an obstacle.
I'd rather see us align with a similar MC to PLS over time so if this is a deterrent then maybe it's in our favour as we've debated back when the $3 was on the table.
