I agree, everyone should remind themselves that there has been absolutely no indication of weakness with the Glencore agreement. This cap raise should not be seen as such (it's a product of poor capital management on GLN's half). The site visit was only complete very very recently. More news will take time.
That said, GLN's poor financial position will likely result in worse financing terms, but that's what comes with being pre-revenue at the bottom of a cyclical low and needing cash.
