From the quarterly, bolding my emphasis:

1. Talga expects a reasonable decision period however there is no information or guidance on when a decision may be expected at this time.
2. Talga will communicate the outcome of the review process as soon as it has been notified of the Supreme Court’s decision.

So, this delay is indefinite, and Talga have referred to communicating the outcome of the review process (which sounds more than a yes, no decision - there is a full review being undertaken).

Market was atune to this, hence we are now well below the CR price and based on the trend heading to new 52 week lows

Again, I am hopeful of a successful decision, but it certainly doesn't read well
