All 27 EU members have agreed on an additional €50bn aid package for Ukraine, the president of the council of EU leaders has announced.
In a post to X, formerly Twitter, Charles Michel said the agreement "locks in steadfast, long-term, predictable funding for Ukraine".
The decision comes just over an hour into a special summit of EU leaders.
It means EU leaders have managed to overcome objections from Hungary, which vetoed the package back in December.
"EU is taking leadership and responsibility in support for Ukraine; we know what is at stake," Mr Michel said.
