Junior will undoubtedly get another cool million cash bonus for lining up the secondary since it been 6 months since junior last $1mm bonus. 45 cents was the low price for 2.80 shares of superior gold in Toronto in 2023 so I think 45 cents is where we get at least $30,000,000 of equity dilution. Merger documents call for a $50mm cyl cap raise, we only done like $20mm so far.
