Can I ask, have you lodged your concern with the ASX?
This would be a good first step and I encourage anyone else to do the same requesting an update and the findings of their enquiry.
May give them the hurry along at best. I have done it using this form (below). They are likely to look at this one first. When it asked what I was reporting I simply said "Possible misconduct by the company and prolonged enquiry by ASX"
