I would think natural gas/pipeline quality methane/pure methane. As a Hazer plant taking that on, it would be either supplied by a gas line or LNG regassified. Therefore no CO amine removal required, no TEG or MEG needed. Just 99.99% methane feed.
Biogas requires scrubbers, possibly TEG dehydration as well or pre heating perhaps. It is slightly trickier to get clean which simply adds costs. They are probably going to end up offset from carbon credits though so in the end not a huge issue.
