    Hmmm I heard him say he is keen on PGEs the other day, a bet against the media thinking ICE vehicles are dead and that catalytic convertors won't be needed anymore.

    And he could very well be right to bet against them, EV demand is currently weaker in the US at the moment, Hertz sold 20,000 EVs to go back to ICE vehicles, and some EV owners are even switching back to ICE.
