they mining some low grades . . probably not so much a problem treating low-grade stockpiles, but going in to mine again is expensive.
I think it's fruitless going over old projects to see what they can add to the heap-leach pads, better off exploring for more.
Just doesnt seem well thought out. I far from convinced this venture will be successful.
