I don't believe we will need the government once this tech works. I said before...right now nobody at Hazer cares about where the gas comes from they just want it to work. If it works with biogas thats good because it is much less pure than pipeline methane. But honeslty I doubt anyone ther even cares. Once it runs, it can be applied to methane anywhere.
The only people comming forward to us with proposals have been energy and gas majors. Thats where the big money will be. Thats 99.99% methane plants there. No biogas.
