Ah, thank you! I wasn't aware of this document. I've neverinvested directly in individual stocks before and I don't quiteunderstand where one finds all this information.
Still, I must say, this doesn't seem excessively significanteither. His stakes are low. Especially considering that his vestingrights are likely tied to his role as CEO, and I doubt he will holdthat position until 2026 (Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not familiar with individualstocks).
Additionally, I couldn't find any information on the conditionsunder which Clean Teq may conduct a stock dilution.
Is that purely stock law, or does it have to do with the company'sarticles of association?
The terms for that must be publicly available, right?
