I actually think socialist parties are going to be magnets for corruption and LWNJs but i dont think they should be banned per-se unless they advocate terrorism or violence as a party platform.

They were not even a major influence in Ukraine politics at the time the party was banned the country had swung to hard right nationalists.

Any individuals that knowingly break the law should face justice.
