The optimistic rule for the $/TCF is currently at $1.6B / TCF, so I kept it quite conservative. There are more than just a couple of companies that would be able to exploit this - there are more companies than Shell and Santos out there. Santos have a strategic need to acquire decent assets in order to keep Woodside interested. There is Woodside, PetroChina and a handful of other international (Japanese, South Korean) players who could take this project on.
