Not sure what school of business/accounting you attended but 18-months is long term. There will come a day when they do need to refinance it but it's a long way down the track when they should be in a substantially better position operationally and financially.
What's this increase in mining cost that's been flagged to increase? Are you talking about Plonka's table that showed a higher cost per MTU that goes hand in hand with wet season impacts to operations and down time?
