Likely headwinds from Sigma having turned a potentially huge catalyst into what (appears to be) a massive dogs breakfast.
They hosted an investor call overnight and the language coming from their CEO has turned from her wanting to talk non-stop about a potential takeover offer to her (apparently) not wanting to talk about it at all even though the (supposed) deadline for a potential takeover to be announced is February 10 (end of next week).
Anyway, wait and see what they say when it gets to February 10th, but companies that delay news typically don't have good news to share.
