    People tend to discuss Capitalism in Economic terms but communism in social terms. It's like the way our society tends to capitalism the profits and socialize the losses.

    I'd suggest there are plenty of arguments to be made about the destructive influence of capitalism on society and the economic merits of state controlling SOME enterprise and production.

    Our "democracy" does not have a dog in the fight for state owned production and enterprise. Some countries do so well from it they do not charge their citizens income tax. Imagine that!
