Its not all about the WA government or the missed substantial commencement approvals that will move the SP, but missing substantial commencement work was piss weak from this BOD it was basic work and cost VMY about $20m.
A change in this BOD will move the SP or a T/O which should be done sooner rather than later, Higher spot price will add more value to these resources, the Uranium sentiment and TOE low MC.
