It is dependent on the EPA. Generally they are infiltrated by woke greeny crazies so I guess management have had discussions with them and thought it’s not the right time before a change of government. They probably need pressure from a new pro U government to allow it. Otherwise management would have applied via the EPA 2 or 3 years ago. Since we saw that exact same spiel in the latest quarterly report, around 3 years ago.
