I'm devastated. I feel sold out! I've held this company for ten years and rely on the dividends. I had no intention of selling my shares. The fact that Santa Fe plans no changes in the company and the benefits of scale doesn't help me if I'm no longer a shareholder. I agree the price is way too low. Why have the directors agreed so readily?
