(b) "Closed Period" meanssource: Melbana Energy, Securities Trading Policy, https://www.melbana.com/site/cpfile/52472091-ff4a-4329-b7cc-5521ce3750b0/202304_MAY_GOV_TradingPolicy_APPROVED.pdf
- each period between the first of January, April, July, and October until 24 hours following the release of the Company's quarterly results to ASX."
Therefore, it is currently not a "closed period".
It is also not a "prohibited period" (subject to insider information) since they are probably resetting the well to drill (e.g taking out the production tubing/test-string) and drilling has probably just started (a day or so ago). There is no conceivable information that I could think of that would be "inside information" at this present time, therefore I don't see how it would be a prohibited period. If this was an exploration well, the whole campaign would probably be a blackout, but since they have drilled this area before, and are currently probably still inside Amistad subunit 3... then there is no new information in my opinion.
